Before You Begin
After purchasing a plan or starting a free trial, you will receive an email with your login credentials including a username, password, and server URL (M3U link or Xtream Codes). Keep these details ready — you will need them during setup.
For the best streaming experience, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K content. Always use a wired Ethernet connection when possible for maximum stability.

Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues during setup, try these solutions:
Channels Not Loading
- Double-check that your username, password, and server URL are entered correctly (no extra spaces)
- Ensure your internet connection is stable and meets the minimum speed requirements
- Try restarting the IPTV app and your device
- Clear the app cache:
Settings→Apps→IPTV Smarters→Clear Cache
Buffering or Freezing
- Switch to a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi
- Use a VPN if your ISP is throttling IPTV traffic
- Lower the stream quality temporarily (switch from 4K to HD)
- Close other bandwidth-heavy apps running on your network
- Restart your router/modem
App Crashes
- Update the IPTV app to the latest version
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Ensure your device firmware/OS is up to date
Never share your login credentials with others. Each subscription is tied to a specific number of device connections. Sharing may result in service interruption or account suspension.
