2. Free Trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial with full access to all channels, movies, and series. This trial requires no credit card or payment information. We encourage all potential subscribers to take advantage of this trial to test:

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Technical Issues (Within 24 Hours)
If you experience persistent technical issues within the first 24 hours of your subscription that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them, you are entitled to a full refund. Qualifying technical issues include:

- Persistent buffering or freezing that our support team cannot resolve
- Widespread channel outages affecting more than 50% of the channel lineup
- Server-side errors preventing access to the service entirely
3.2 Extended Service Outage
If the Zenixa service is completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end (not caused by your internet, ISP, or device), you may request:
- A prorated credit applied to your account for the downtime period
- A free extension of your subscription equal to the downtime duration
- A full refund if the outage exceeds 72 consecutive hours
3.3 Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal preference after the 24-hour eligibility window
- Issues caused by your internet connection speed, stability, or ISP throttling
- Device incompatibility that could have been tested during the free trial
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period (partial usage or non-usage)
- Availability of a free trial that was not used before purchasing a paid plan
- Channel lineup changes due to content provider agreements
- Temporary service interruptions for scheduled maintenance
- Geographic content restrictions based on your location

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing

7. Subscription Cancellation
Zenixa subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each subscription is a one-time payment for the selected duration. There is no need to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges. When your subscription period ends, your access will simply expire.
If you wish to stop using the service before your subscription period ends, you may do so at any time. However, no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your Zenixa account
- Permanent ban from future service use
- Additional fees associated with the chargeback process

9. Reseller Refund Policy
Refund policies for subscriptions purchased through authorized Zenixa resellers may differ. Reseller customers should contact their reseller directly for refund inquiries. Zenixa is not responsible for processing refunds for reseller transactions.
